Whole body training

$150 per month
Best suited for those who are more self-directed and need less feedback from me
Personalized 4 week training program catered to your individual goals and desires – upper and lower body programming
Initial 30 min video/Skype consultation with me to get to know you, your medical history and your goals to develop your personalized lower body training program
Additional 30 min video/Skype consultation with a strength coach on  my team to develop your personalized upper body training program
-Virtual movement assessments
Unlimited e-mail support to address program questions by myself and your designated strength coach
(2) 30 minute monthly follow up video calls to discuss progress and program updates (one with me and one with your strength coach)

Premium Online Training
Whole body training

$190 per month
Best suited for those who would like to work more closely with me
Personalized 4 week training program catered to your individual goals and desires – upper and lower body programming
Initial 30 min video/Skype consultation with me to get to know you, your medical history and your goals to develop your personalized lower body training program
Additional 30 min video/Skype consultation with a strength coach on  my team to develop your personalized upper body training program

ACL Specific Online Training
Lower body training

$225 per month
Best suited for those who would like to work exclusively with me
Personalized 4 week training program catered to your individual goals and desires – lower body programming only
Initial 45 min video/Skype consultation with me to get to know you, your medical history and your goals to develop your personalized ACL lower body training program.
Virtual movement assessments
Unlimited e-mail support to address program questions by myself and your designated strength coach
45 minute monthly follow up video calls to discuss progress and program updates

Frequently Ask Questions:

Can I be recovering from ACL surgery and select foundational or premium training?
Yes of course! You should select the program that best fits your style and amount of feedback you require.

Do you work closely with the strength coaches?
Yes! I fully trust all of the strength coaches on my team. I am will be in direct communication with them regularly about your programming. 

How are payments made?
Payments are made via PayPal

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you may choose to stop the services at anytime but the programming will stop as well.
